All Glow con Gracia products are handmade. Due to the nature of our handcrafted personal care products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for soaps, body butters, scrubs, or grooming products.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will gladly make it right.
